Who we are

Prescaled operates https://prescaled.ai. Questions about this policy go to hello@prescaled.ai.

Information we collect

What you submit through our forms (name, work email, company domain, competitors, role, how you heard about us, your message), the page you arrived on and its referrer, and standard analytics events (page views, form submissions, booking clicks). We do not sell this information.

How we use it

To produce the report you asked for, reply to you, schedule calls, and understand which pages and sources bring people to us. Analysis of your company's visibility uses public web content and vendor APIs; it does not use your personal data beyond your contact details.

Service providers

Vercel (hosting and analytics), Google Analytics (site analytics), Resend (transactional email), Notion (lead records), and Cal.com (scheduling). AI-assistant and search-data providers receive the buyer questions we run, never your form data.

Retention and your rights

Lead records are kept while we may work together and deleted on request. Email hello@prescaled.ai to access, correct or delete your data.

Hosted reports

Report pages under /r/ are unlisted, excluded from search engines, and reachable only with their link. They contain aggregate measurements about a company, not personal data.
