Overview

These terms cover the Prescaled website and the free report offered on it. Paid work is governed by an individual engagement agreement, which sets the deliverables, cadence and fees; where the two differ, the engagement agreement wins.

What we provide

Measurement of how AI assistants answer buyer questions relevant to your category, analysis of the sources those answers cite, and, under an engagement, work intended to improve how your company is represented in those answers. Measurements are taken through vendor APIs and search-data providers, which approximate but do not replicate the consumer applications.

No guarantee of citations or rankings

AI assistants and search engines change their models, sources and behavior without notice, and their answers vary from run to run. We therefore do not guarantee any specific citation, ranking, mention, traffic, lead or revenue outcome. What we commit to is the work described in your engagement, performed competently and reported honestly, with methods and limitations disclosed.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are authorized to request analysis of the domain you submit, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you will not use the service to harm third parties.

Ownership

Reports and content we produce for you under a paid engagement become yours once paid for. Our methods, tooling, prompt libraries and templates remain ours.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Prescaled's total liability arising from the website or the free report is limited to one hundred dollars, and under an engagement to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. Governing law and venue: the jurisdiction stated in your engagement agreement.
